WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

What we’re looking for

This is not a classic internship.

The YOUNG Hospitality Internship is a high-ownership, hands-on learning track for people who want to grow fast inside real hospitality operations.

You’re not here to observe.
You’re part of the engine.

We’re looking for hospitality students or recent graduates who are curious, resilient and ready to learn by doing — inside hotels, F&B, coffee and operational support roles.

Responsibilities

You’ll rotate across the YOUNG Hospitality ecosystem to gain a full operational view.

Hotel Operations

  • Front office support: check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest communication
  • Daily hotel operations, systems and service standards

Food & Beverage

  • Breakfast service, runner support and event setup/breakdown
  • Service flow, timing, cleanliness and teamwork

YOUNG Coffe

  • Coffee stations and customer-facing execution
  • Speed, quality and accountability under pressure

Support Operations & Workspaces

  • Setups, stock control, planning and checklists
  • Behind-the-scenes execution discipline

This is how we train operators – not just executors.

Requirements

  • Hospitality students or recent graduates (primarily from Spain) or must be legally allowed to work in Europe (EU passport or valid work permit)
  • Strong interest in service, operations and execution
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with direct feedback
  • Willing to work full operational shifts (no shadowing)
  • English required (Spanish is a plus)
  • Curious, responsible and eager to learn through action
