WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

For one of the Flavours portfolio concepts within Young Hospitality Group, we are looking for two Sous Chefs to join an all-day restaurant focused on fresh, familiar food and genuine hospitality. From breakfast through dinner, the restaurant delivers quality, consistency and a welcoming guest experience.

As Sous Chef, you will act as the right hand of the Head Chef, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution in a busy kitchen. You will help run a pragmatic and efficient operation that supports a well-executed, accessible all-day menu.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring quality, timing and consistency
  • Prepare and finish dishes according to standards, with attention to detail
  • Manage mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep for volume service
  • Support and train junior cooks and helpers
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety

Who You Are

  • Practical, calm under pressure, and focused on execution

  • Comfortable in a high-volume yet quality-focused environment
  • Clear communicator in kitchen flow

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role in brasserie or casual fine dining
  • Passion for seasonal menus and ingredient-driven cooking
