WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator who wants to build, lead and scale YOUNG Coffee as a co-owner, not as a traditional employee.

YOUNG Coffee is a real, operating hospitality business with a clear plan to scale across Spain and the Netherlands. This role is for someone who thinks like a founder, is comfortable being hands-on, and wants real responsibility, ownership and long-term impact.

This is not a standard hospitality role.
It’s a builder opportunity inside a growing venture ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the café
  • Be present on-site, close to customers, team, suppliers and numbers
  • Step into operations when needed and lead from the floor
  • Set a calm, structured and high-standard working culture
  • Take full ownership of the café’s P&L
  • Manage costs, margins, suppliers and labor efficiency
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the business
  • Turn daily execution into clear systems and SOPs
  • Define and document the “YOUNG Coffee way” of operating
  • Build the operational blueprint to scale to multiple locations

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B and/or operations
  • Strong ownership mindset and founder-level accountability
  • Comfortable working hands-on and on-site
  • Based in Valencia and available for daily presence
  • Structured, calm and people-oriented leadership style
  • Coffee experience is a plus, but not a requirement
