As we scale internationally, we’re looking for a CFO / Senior Finance Leader to bring structure, clarity and financial direction across the group.

This is not a classic corporate CFO role.
It’s a builder role at the heart of a growing venture ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale financial systems across multiple ventures
  • Create clarity, transparency and a shared financial language across the group
  • Establish lightweight governance that supports growth without slowing it down
  • Act as financial partner to founders and venture leaders
  • Lead fundraising processes and financial structuring
  • Own investor relations and financial storytelling
  • Step in hands-on where structure is missing
  • Prioritize MVP finance over perfection
  • Turn complexity into simple, scalable frameworks

Requirements

  • Senior finance leadership experience in scale-ups or multi-business environments
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, structuring and governance
  • Experience with fundraising, investor relations and capital strategy
  • Comfortable working across ventures at different stages of maturity
  • Able to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
  • Builder mentality (not corporate)
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information
  • Long-term vision combined with execution discipline
  • Ambitious, pragmatic and down-to-earth
