PR & Attention Lead
We are looking for someone who can create attention.

Not content calendars.
Not agency-style campaigns.
Your job is to create ideas that people talk about and make them happen fast.
You will work across the entire YOUNG ecosystem, not just one brand.

What You’ll Do
- Propose and execute PR stunts, actions and ideas that generate attention
- Turn simple concepts into visible moments
- Create momentum across:
- Media
- Social
- Communities
- Move fast, test, launch and iterate
- Work directly with leadership (CEO & Founder)
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Focus on output, not process
