One of Anette’s core responsibilities is providing individual psychological support. Through confidential one-on-one sessions, she will help team members navigate workplace challenges, including productivity, stress management, conflict resolution, and work-life balance. This tailored support ensures employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Anette will track the well-being of all ur employees. These insights will help Young Talents continuously improve the employee experience and strengthen leadership practices. Additionally, she will lead our Monthly Well-being Newsletter, providing practical advice on workplace well-being, communication, and leadership. Anette will also conduct regular well-being surveys to measure collaboration, engagement, and leadership perception, helping to create a more inclusive and supportive environment.
Shaping Future Leaders
Selecting the right leaders is crucial to building a strong organization. Anette will support the selection process for senior talent and co-founders by conducting psychotechnical evaluations. These assessments will offer valuable insights into leadership potential, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.
