- An established founder or senior leader with 5+ years of full-time experience running a business or validated venture.
- Ready to scale your existing business or take a proven concept to the next level with capital and strategic partnership.
- Operating in a proven, scalable, and tangible market — ideally with a down-to-earth, straightforward business model.
- Not focused on SaaS, AI, or complex tech startups, but on businesses that serve real people’s needs and have clear product-market fit.
- Looking for a partner to co-create a powerful brand and expand your reach under the YOUNG umbrella.
- Willing to fully own your venture’s growth and operations, combining vision with execution.
- Seeking equity and long-term value, not a fixed salary or traditional corporate perks.
