Floor Staff | Hospitality Group

For one of the Flavours portfolio concepts within Young Hospitality Group, we are looking for Floor Staff to join an all-day restaurant focused on fresh, familiar food and genuine hospitality. From breakfast through dinner, the restaurant delivers quality, consistency and a welcoming guest experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing warm, attentive and timely service throughout the day, helping to create a relaxed and familiar dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat and serve guests with a smile
• Take orders and communicate accurately with the kitchen team
• Upsell where appropriate with product knowledge
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization
• Support a smooth turnover and guest flow

• Good communicator and team-oriented
• Comfortable with a fast-paced service
• Practical problem-solver with attention to detail

Good to Have

• Previous service experience (not required for all candidates)
