Founder Operations Support - Bali, Indonesia
YOUNG is building a Founder Operations Support Team around our founder, Wim.
This is not a traditional PA role.
This is not a classic Chief of Staff role.
This is founder-level operational leverage, distributed across time zones.
We are structuring a 3-person Founder Ops team to support Wim globally:
- EU timezone – strategic + core business hours
- Mexico timezone – continuity + Americas overlap
- Bali timezone – execution, follow-ups, and momentum while others sleep
This role is for the Bali, Indonesia
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
What this team does
Wim runs multiple ventures across hospitality, real estate, media, workspaces, and new acquisitions.
Ideas move fast. Decisions are constant. Context is fragmented.
The Founder Ops Support Team exists to:
- Keep momentum going 24/7
- Turn ideas into action
- Ensure nothing drops
- Protect founder focus
- Bring structure without slowing speed
You are not “assisting tasks”.
You are operating the founder’s world.
Your role (Bali / APAC focus)
As part of the Founder Ops Support Team, you will:
- Pick up execution where EU/MX timezones hand over
- Drive follow-ups, coordination, and closure
- Advance projects overnight so Wim wakes up to progress
- Handle founder communication with context and judgment
- Move initiatives forward with limited instruction
- Document, structure, and hand over clearly to the next timezone
This role is critical for speed, continuity, and execution.
What you will do
- Manage and advance founder-related tasks during APAC hours
- Follow up on open loops across ventures and partners
- Translate short messages or ideas into concrete next steps
- Coordinate with EU and Mexico Founder Ops teammates
- Keep projects moving end-to-end
- Escalate only what truly needs founder input
- Create clarity from chaos
