WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
For one of the Flavours portfolio concepts within Young Hospitality Group, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join an all-day restaurant focused on fresh, familiar food and genuine hospitality. From breakfast through dinner, the restaurant delivers quality, consistency and a welcoming guest experience.
In this role, you will support the kitchen team with daily prep and service, helping ensure the kitchen runs smoothly throughout the day. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, eager to learn and enjoys working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Basic food preparation and mise-en-place
- Assist cooks during service
- Keep workstations clean and stocked
- Wash and organize kitchen tools and equipment
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures
