Licensing Director | YOUNG

As Licensing Director, you will play a central role in shaping how YOUNG scales. Your mission is to build, own, and grow YOUNG’s licensing function at group level – turning brand, intellectual property, and operational expertise into structured, scalable licensing models across ventures and markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead YOUNG’s licensing strategy across ventures and verticals
- Build and implement brand and operational licensing models
- Design and manage revenue-share and royalty structures
- Lead the end-to-end licensing process and co-close deals with the CEO / Founder
- Structure licensing frameworks, templates, and processes for scale
- Ensure governance, consistency, and quality across all licensing agreements
Requirements
- Proven experience in licensing, franchising, or scalable business models
- Hands-on involvement in building and executing licensing structures
- Strong commercial and strategic skills
- EU-based, with availability to work from Spain or The Netherlands
