Restaurant Manager & Launch Lead

Your role will evolve across two key phases:

Pre-opening (part-time):

• Oversee the final build phase: furnishings, kitchen setup, tech, etc.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, chefs, and suppliers to stay on time & budget
• Recruit, onboard, and train a small but mighty team
• Finalize the menu in collaboration with the chef and founders
• Own timelines, problem-solve, and prepare for inspection
• Organize and execute the grand opening event

Post-opening (full-time):

• Lead daily restaurant operations and inspire the team
• Ensure high service standards and a great guest experience
• Handle planning, scheduling, orders, stock, and supplier management
• Monitor key metrics (sales, feedback, costs) and optimize performance
• Introduce smart systems and improvements where needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced in hospitality/restaurant management (2+ years leading teams)
• Organized, hands-on, and proactive — you make things happen
• A confident decision-maker with strong leadership skills
• Comfortable working independently and owning the process
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Based in or willing to relocate to The Hague
