Based in Argentina, Jime leads talent searches for roles outside the local market, supporting YOUNG in identifying and attracting high-quality profiles aligned with its global vision, culture, and growth objectives.

Abril Ogallar is a Psychologist with strong experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. She currently works as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where she leads and executes recruiting processes across different industries and profiles.

With a solid background in psychology and active clinical practice, Abril brings a deep understanding of people, motivations, and behavioral dynamics into every search. As part of Anima’s team, she is directly involved in YOUNG’s recruiting processes, supporting the identification, evaluation, and attraction of talent aligned with the company’s culture, values, and growth needs.

Fernando Rivarola is the Founder of an Argentina-based Human Resources consulting firm and YOUNG’s Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Partner.

With nearly 10 years of experience, he supports companies and individuals in their professional and organizational development through a people-centered and business-oriented approach. The firm works alongside organizations to strengthen leadership, build high-performing teams, and design talent strategies aligned with growth, culture, and long-term impact.
