WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re looking for a high-ownership Founder Operations Support profile who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments and takes full responsibility for execution. This role requires judgment, speed, and the ability to operate independently while staying deeply aligned with founder priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as operational leverage for founders by owning follow-through on priorities
  • Turn high-context messages, ideas, and requests into clear actions and outcomes
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and execution across multiple ventures simultaneously
  • Close open loops across teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-time-zone teams to ensure continuity and momentum
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and gaps before they become problems
  • Escalate only what truly requires founder-level attention
  • Bring structure and clarity without adding bureaucracy

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in startup, operations, consulting, founder support, or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited instruction
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity, changing priorities, and pressure
  • Fluent in English (Spanish native or fluent)
  • High reliability, discretion, and sense of ownership
