Hands-on Restaurant Manager – The Hague
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead one of our locations in The Hague.
This is not a desk-based role. We are looking for someone who wants to be present in the operation, lead the team from the floor, solve problems, improve the guest experience, and actively contribute to the growth of the business.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team
- Be actively involved in daily service
- Manage staffing, schedules, stock, costs, and operational performance
- Maintain high hospitality and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency
- Take real ownership of the location and its results
Your profile
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Practical, energetic, and commercially minded
- Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Motivated to grow with the company
Hands-on Restaurant Manager – Den Haag
Wij zoeken een hands-on Restaurant Manager voor een van onze locaties in Den Haag.
Dit is geen kantoorbaan. Wij zoeken iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is in de operatie, het team vanaf de vloer aanstuurt, problemen oplost, de gastbeleving verbetert en actief bijdraagt aan de groei van de onderneming.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Het team aansturen en motiveren
- Actief meewerken in de dagelijkse operatie
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor planning, personeelskosten, voorraad en operationele resultaten
- Zorgen voor een hoog niveau van gastvrijheid en kwaliteit
- Kansen herkennen om omzet en efficiëntie te verbeteren
- Echte verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de locatie en de resultaten
Jouw profiel
- Ervaring in restaurant- of hospitalitymanagement
- Praktisch, energiek en commercieel ingesteld
- In staat om beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen
- Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Gemotiveerd om mee te groeien met het bedrijf
