Florencia is the research-fueled connector building bridges for YOUNG’s expansion—where market insights meet recruitment momentum. As our Talent & Culture Manager, she navigates both data-driven territories and talent pipelines with an out-of-the-box approach.

She dives into market landscapes—gathering trends, sourcing insights, and mapping opportunities—while simultaneously curating candidate pools that can bring those insights to life. This dual focus makes her equally adept at scanning market shifts and fostering emerging talent—turning knowledge into growth.

Florencia blends precision with human touch—administering surveys, conducting competitor analyses, and assembling actionable reports, all while managing outreach and supporting the hiring journey.
